Clean room, spacious room, which had a lovely balcony and provided a refreshing indoor swimming pool.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was amazing and the fish tanks were a hit with my kids. The pool area was beautiful but could use some updates.

The room was huge, and I loved the tea and coffee facilities that came with it. I really enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool and the sauna during my stay. The only downside was that the balcony could have been cleaner, but it didn't spoil my time here! 😊

I had a lovely time at Coppid Beech. The room felt spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family. The pool area was clean, though it could use some furniture on the balcony to really enjoy the space. I requested extra shampoo and conditioner from the staff, and they happily obliged. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights. the breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices, which was great for the kids. However, the dinner experience was less than satisfactory. The food lacked quality. the pate felt like it came from a packet, and the burger was poorly prepared. The noise from a hen party during dinner made it hard to enjoy our meal. The nightclub on-site is popular but could be disruptive for those wanting a peaceful stay. Also, more clarity on using room towels by the pool would have been helpful. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere despite a few hiccups.

Improve accessibility features in the bathrooms for seniors.

We loved the awesome family room layout with a separate area for kids. Plus, the large fish tanks were a fun surprise for our little one! Our son spent so much time playing in the pool and on the swings. he had the best time ever. The fact that we were greeted with an activity pack for the kids was a lovely touch!

We had an amazing stay! Our room was spacious and had these cute swan towels waiting for us. The dinner at the restaurant was quick and tasty, but the pool could’ve used a little more warmth. Definitely a place to chill with friends!

staying at coppid beech was a delightful surprise! the lobby is bright and welcoming, and the bar area looks amazing thanks to its recent refurbishment. the highlight was definitely adam at the bar, who provided stellar service. I loved our deluxe double room. it felt brand new and was impeccably clean! the pool was enjoyable too.
